During this class participants will be able to create an indoor Bonsai growing on a rock. We will be using Ficus and Arbicola for this class. Both plant materials produce roots than will readily climb down the rock sides, and into the soil below over time. Styling will be done before the tree is positioned on the rock, to complete the beginning bonsai which will potted into a plastic nursery pot to establish the roots over the rock which takes about 1 year before it can be transfered to a bonsai pot. We will have instruction, Trees, Rocks, Soil to choose from (all inclusive)
