Returns and Refunds

We thank you for shopping with us. We grow our plant material with the utmost care, and ship with all caution, however sometimes even the best intentions can go wrong. For this reason, we offer the return and refund policies stated below. If you have questions regarding our policies, please get in touch.

Plant material, and bonsai pots return notification must be made within 3 days of receipt of an item’s for a refund excluding shipping. Plants must be in the original form, with original packaging, and receipt. Refunds will be made only to the credit card used for the original sale. Items must be returned to:

Unless prior arrangements have been made. Once we have received the item, we will notify you that it has been received and inspect the item before issuing your refund.

Gift Cards can be returned for refund of the unused portion within one month of purchase. Refunds will be made only to the credit card used to purchase the original sale.

Class refunds must be requested within 1 week of the beginning or ending of the unattended class date.
